Welcome to Somewhere Sips! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Somewhere Sips. Somewhere Sips operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Somewhere Sips is powered by Shopify. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all information provided to us, account security, and activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to provide accurate representations of our products online. Colours or appearance may vary due to device differences. Product descriptions are subject to change, and we may discontinue items or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once we confirm payment and acceptance. Review your order carefully.

Refunds Before Shipping: If your product has not yet been packaged or shipped—typically during the 1–2 business day processing window—you may request a full refund by contacting admin@somewheresips.com. Once the product has been shipped, standard return policies apply. Purchases are for personal use only.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices and promotions are subject to change. Taxes, shipping, and import/customs fees are not included unless stated. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and account information and for paying all charges associated with your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. For detailed shipping info, please refer to our Shipping FAQ.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Matcha Products:

  • Matcha products are perishable; we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase.

  • If matcha arrives damaged, oxidised, or with visible quality issues, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price.

  • To request store credit, submit photos or videos of the product to admin@somewheresips.com as soon as possible.

  • Always inspect your matcha upon receipt and store in the fridge immediately.

Non-Matcha Products (e.g., Tea Accessories):

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

  • Contact admin@somewheresips.com to request a return. Once approved, you have 14 days to ship the item back using the most economical method. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed, except for defective items.

  • For defective non-matcha items, please provide a video recording upon opening to ensure smooth issue handling.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including trademarks, images, and designs, is owned by Somewhere Sips or its licensors. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised use may breach intellectual property laws.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies. Transactions with third parties are at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sales are made directly with Somewhere Sips. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, including injury, damage, or loss related to products purchased.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, or distribute it. You represent that you have rights to your feedback and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
