Hou is a roasted green tea (houjicha) produced in Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan. The leaves and stems are grown using the GIAHS-certified Tea-grass Integrated System, a traditional method that balances cultivation, soil health, and long-term sustainability.

The name Hou (焙), interpreted conceptually, represents heat, warmth, and transformation. It reflects a mindful practice focused on grounding and comfort, turning the simple act of preparing a latte into a moment of intentional pause and centred routine.
